CelestiAI (a service of CelestiNet) is dedicated to providing secure AI bot hosting and related services for our clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect data when you interact with AI and web bots hosted by CelestiAI, and how anonymized interaction history may be used to improve our AI models.
Client Access and Data Handling
Each of our clients, referred to here as a "service partner," receives unique credentials to access and manage their hosted AI bots. Service partners use this access to configure bots, send requests, and view interaction data generated by their bots. The raw interaction data and configuration for a given service partner are only accessible to that service partner and to authorized CelestiAI personnel for maintenance and support.
Service partners have tools available to print, export, or archive the data collected through their bots. CelestiAI is not responsible for how a service partner uses exported data once it is in the partner's possession.
Anonymous & Shared Links
If you interact with a bot via an anonymous or public link created by a service partner, note that the link and any data submitted through it are associated with that service partner. Only the service partner who created the link (and authorized CelestiAI staff) will have access to the submitted data.
Use of Interaction History for AI Training
We may use anonymized and aggregated interaction history (chat logs, user inputs, feedback, and related metadata) to improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of our AI models and services. Such uses include:
- Improving natural language understanding and response quality.
- Training models that power new features and automation.
- Testing and validating system updates in controlled environments.
Before any interaction data is used for training, it is processed to remove or obfuscate personally identifiable information so that it cannot be traced back to any individual or organization. Service partners may opt out of having their data included in aggregated training datasets by contacting CelestiAI support.
Data Privacy and Confidentiality
CelestiAI treats client and user data as confidential. Access to interaction data is restricted to authorized personnel for purposes such as maintenance, troubleshooting, security monitoring, or, with explicit permission, AI improvement tasks. We will not sell, publish, or disclose identifiable user data to third parties except where required by law or with explicit client consent.
Any pooled or aggregated datasets created for analysis or training are treated as the property of the relevant service partners unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Data Retention
We retain interaction and configuration data only as long as necessary to provide hosting and AI services to our clients and to meet legal or operational needs. If a service partner requests deletion of their data, CelestiAI will process the request within a reasonable timeframe and will delete both live data and backups where feasible, subject to any applicable legal or contractual retention obligations.
Security Measures
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:
- Encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission.
- Strong access controls, authentication, and role-based permissions.
- Regular security updates, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
- Periodic security audits and incident response planning.
Despite these precautions, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies on CelestiNet websites and control panels to improve usability and performance. For more information, please see our Cookie Policy.
Analytics and Usage Data
CelestiAI and CelestiNet use analytics tools to monitor system performance, usage patterns, and to detect security issues. Collected analytics data is used to:
- Optimize functionality, accessibility, and stability of our services.
- Understand general usage trends to improve product development.
Analytics are aggregated and anonymized where possible; we do not share personally identifiable information with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
Tools We Use
- Hosting & Infrastructure Providers: We may use third-party cloud or hosting providers to run AI workloads. These providers are contractually required to follow strict data protection practices.
- Analytics Tools: We may use analytics services (which may employ cookies) to collect anonymized usage metrics. Refer to our Cookie Policy for details.
- Monitoring & Log Tools: Server logs and monitoring tools help us detect issues and maintain security. Log files may contain IP addresses and other technical metadata; these are handled according to our retention and anonymization practices.
Third-Party Services
We may engage third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, payment processing, or model training infrastructure. These providers maintain their own privacy and security policies; we require them to adhere to data protection standards consistent with this policy.
Personal Information Processing
We process personal information only when it is provided directly by you or your organization (for example, when contacting support or creating an account). Any such personal information will be used only for the purpose for which it was provided (e.g., account management, billing, or support) unless we obtain further consent.
User Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding personal data, such as:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Opt out of anonymized data being used for AI improvement (where feasible).
To exercise any of these rights, please contact CelestiAI support or your service partner administrator.
Children’s Privacy
CelestiAI’s services are intended for business and general users and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take prompt steps to remove such information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Significant changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of CelestiAI services after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
